
Hey there, lovely to meet you! I’m Hannah, and I call the beautiful city of Chelmsford my home. I have spent the last decade building my skillset and developing myself into a reliable, trustworthy and experienced Virtual Assistant.
I began my career in Essex, diving into the dynamic world of retail. Over the years, I honed skills in customer service, meeting deadlines, and task prioritisation.
I embarked on a career change and became a Secretary/PA for a leading Structural Engineering company in Devon. This exciting transition opened doors to a diverse array of new skills. From proficiently creating project files to efficiently invoicing clients, and skilfully formatting various reports.
Soon after, I had the privilege of supporting a passionate associate engineer in establishing his own business. It was an incredibly fulfilling role that encompassed a wide range of responsibilities. From configuring Microsoft Office to cater to his specific administrative needs to implementing a seamless online filing system, as he aspired to run a paperless company. During my time with the company, my skills flourished, successfully achieving a Level 2 Diploma in AAT Accounting and Bookkeeping.
My next exciting endeavour led me to a safety rescue training company, part of my responsibilities, was set on optimising the course booking process. I relished the challenge and embraced the opportunity to make a positive impact on the company’s day-to-day operations.

Fast forward to the present day, where I’ve come to a pivotal decision: to leverage the skills and experience I’ve diligently cultivated and embark on an exciting new venture as a Virtual Assistant. Being a Virtual Assistant gives me the incredible opportunity to make a positive impact on others lives by making their days smoother and more productive. There’s nothing quite as satisfying as knowing I’ve taken care of all their office tasks, leaving them with the freedom to focus on what truly matters—furthering their business and achieving their goals.
